Admit One ticketTickets to events may be purchased in advance, subject to availability. All tickets must be purchased through the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, TheatreWorks or GoldStar.  No other ticket agencies are legally allowed to sell tickets to performances at The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There are no refunds unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. Exchange policies vary and are set by the presenter of each event.

A $2 or $3 (depending on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee is included in ticket prices. Other applicable service charges apply depending on method of purchase.

Order in Person

The ticket office is open for walk-up sales Wednesday thru Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and one hour prior to ticketed events. There are no service charges for walk-up sales.

Ticket Services also features an after-hours phone system that accepts ticket orders whenever the ticket office is closed.

Order by Phone

Charge tickets by phone by calling 650-903-6000 sales Wednesday thru Saturday 12:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m., or by leaving a message on our Ticket Services’ after-hours ticket order line.

Credit card payments only. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express.

There is a $3 per ticket service charge for phone orders. These tickets will be mailed if purchased 14 or more days in advance or held at Will Call. We also have mobile delivery.

Order Online

Purchase tickets online at mvcpa.com with a credit card. Service charges for online purchases vary according to ticket price. Tickets purchased online will be held at Will Call or sent to your mobile phone.

Will Call Tickets

Will Call tickets are available at the Ticket Office one hour prior to the performance. Please bring a photo ID to pick up your tickets.

Exchanges, Refunds or Cancellations

Facility Use Fee

There is an additional $2 or $3 (depending on event) per ticket Facility Use Fee for all tickets purchased for performances at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. This fee is in addition to any applicable service charges.

Discounts and Group Tickets

Group rates are available for many events. Ask the ticket office about availability.
