Primary Renting

Primary Renting, when event calendar is determined from primary renting requests, is typically conducted in December of each year for the following October through September. The primary renting process opens September 30th.  All requests for Primary Renting are due on December 2nd by 5 pm.

• Request Due: December 2nd by 5 pm
• Period Rented: October 2025 through September 2026

All requests received after the December deadline will be processed as Secondary Rentals.
All primary requests will receive notice of application status in January 2025.

Secondary Renting

Rental requests received after each year’s Primary Renting request deadline are considered Secondary Renting. Requests are accepted year-round and must be received a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to dates requested.

Late rentals may not appear in some MVCPA marketing vehicles depending on production deadlines.

All Secondary Requests for rentals require a non-refundable $200.00 deposit. Any requests received less than eight (8) weeks are subject to a non-refundable $200.00 rush fee.

Request for Renting

Email Jordan@mvcpa.com to find out if your date(s) are available. If dates are available, fill out the Request for Renting form and submit it along with the requesting organizations’ 501(c)3 letter (if applicable), and a $200 non-refundable deposit check made payable to the City of Mountain View. There is a non-refundable $200 rush  fee for all requests made within eight weeks.
